Hugh Simon

Hugh established Hamon Investment Group in 1989. and has focused Hamon’s fund management efforts on increasing its specialization Greater China and Asian emerging markets.

Formerly the MD and President respectively of Lazard’s Hong Kong and Japan offices and a director of Lazard Investors in London, Hugh was responsible for establishing Lazard’s offices in the Far East. Before joining Lazard in 1984, he worked for Schroders in London, Australia and Hong Kong

Dave Shuler

David is the co-founder of Y2X that specializes in regulated token issuances and innovative capital raising mechanisms. David previously served as the Managing Director of Alliance & Venture Management of CME Group Inc. and was responsible for directing its investments in new businesses and strategic partnerships. He also served as the head of Exchange Solutions and Member of Office of the Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Euronext, Inc. and as Vice President of Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York.

David graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College.

Manmeet Singh

Manmeet has been an entrepreneur throughout his career. He established M&M Corporation in 2005 to provide China focused Strategy and Private Placement services to firms in Asia. In 2008 he co-founded an IT education firm in partnership with IBM, Nanjing Government, Nandasoft and Nanjing University.. Prior to this, he held entrepreneurial roles inside India’s largest private bank. As CFO & CIO, Manmeet currently spearheads EMURGO’s global operations and investment strategies.

B Ravishankar

Having worked across the industry over 35 years, from founding a company (Lister Technologies), to heading HR for Deutsche Software Limited, incubating HCL TalentCare as Chief Human Resources Officer, Mindtree as their Chief People Officer, HCL Technologies as their Global Head of Talent Management, Ravi has been able to pave a path of positive change for the way HR works with pioneering efforts in enhancing corporate social networks to digitizing HR by using AI, BOTS, gamifications and Analytics.

As a human capital enthusiast and as a believer in human potential, he is actively involved in coaching and developing the next generation of leaders at the prestigious Indian School of Business. He is also a member of GE’s global think tank (led by GE’s Leadership Center) that’s focused on future of Organization and Corporate Learning architectures. In addition to HR, Ravi was involved in Technology for 2 decades as Information Tech head for Crompton Greaves and as President of his own Tech startup.

Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Xavier Labour Research Institute (XLRI) in India and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School in Information Technology.

He currently works with a host of Tech startups and Product companies in the space of HR technology, Analytics and Financial domains as Advisor/Board Member.

Seshadri Premkumar

Prem was the Executive Vice Chairman of HCL Infosystems in his last executive corporate role, and brings a unique perspective having led a Hardware & Systems Integration company, been the Group CEO of Apollo, India’s largest healthcare service provider; and led HCL Financial Services from set-up to scale as its President,working leading global financial institutions.

More recently, Prem’s efforts have been focused on investing into and mentoring start-ups to build an innovation ecosystem in Chennai
