Having worked across the industry over 35 years, from founding a company (Lister Technologies), to heading HR for Deutsche Software Limited, incubating HCL TalentCare as Chief Human Resources Officer, Mindtree as their Chief People Officer, HCL Technologies as their Global Head of Talent Management, Ravi has been able to pave a path of positive change for the way HR works with pioneering efforts in enhancing corporate social networks to digitizing HR by using AI, BOTS, gamifications and Analytics.
As a human capital enthusiast and as a believer in human potential, he is actively involved in coaching and developing the next generation of leaders at the prestigious Indian School of Business. He is also a member of GE’s global think tank (led by GE’s Leadership Center) that’s focused on future of Organization and Corporate Learning architectures. In addition to HR, Ravi was involved in Technology for 2 decades as Information Tech head for Crompton Greaves and as President of his own Tech startup.
Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Xavier Labour Research Institute (XLRI) in India and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School in Information Technology.
He currently works with a host of Tech startups and Product companies in the space of HR technology, Analytics and Financial domains as Advisor/Board Member.
